Stability States
Stable
The environment behaves consistently. Ordinary travel and magic function as expected.
Unstable
The environment produces contradictory details, repeated events, shifting distances, unusual magical responses, or changes in memory.
Confluence
Several possible versions of a place or event overlap. More than one outcome may appear true at the same time.

Practical Response
- Stop moving.
- Record what each person observes separately.
- Compare memories.
- Mark the current location.
- Avoid splitting the group.
- Do not assume the most familiar version is automatically correct.
